We believe developmentally appropriate childhood experiences promote curiosity and a genuine, life long love of learning.
We believe that providing children with an environment rich with varied opportunities for play enhances the child’s ability to build upon existing knowledge.
We believe that focusing on the process instead of the product enhances creativity and learning.
We believe that children are more likely to make appropriate choices when they are guided by a nurturing teacher in a secure environment.
We believe that a small class setting with two responsive adults serves as an excellent foundation for future learning experiences.
We believe validating children’s feelings builds a child’s self esteem and promotes respect for themselves and others.
We believe that drop off and pick up at the classroom door provides an essential touch-point for the child and their family.
We believe that teaching children the value of caring for their surroundings and the people around them enables them to be good stewards of their resources and compassionate to those around them.
We believe that open communication between teachers and parents is essential to the success of the child.
Our Church Home:
We believe that each child is loved by God and has worth and dignity.
We believe that through weekly chapel, children will begin to develop responsibility and empathy for the world around them.
